We’re sorry to see you go! Below are the steps to permanently delete your account and associated data.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

  • 🗑️ All personal data (name, email, phone, payment info) will be permanently erased from our systems.

  • 📅 Order history, reservations, and saved preferences will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

  • 🔒 This action is irreversible—you’ll need to create a new account for future orders.

(Note: Some anonymized data may be retained for legal/analytical purposes, as permitted by law.)


How to Request Account Deletion

Option 1: Email Request (Recommended)

  1. Send an email to: 📧 support@gkbbq.com

  2. Subject line: “Account Deletion Request”

  3. Include:

    • Your full name.

    • The email address linked to your account.

    • (Optional) Phone number for verification.

Option 2: In-App Request

  1. Go to: Settings > Privacy > Delete Account.

  2. Follow the prompts to confirm.


Processing Time & Confirmation

  • ⏳ Within 7 business days, we’ll process your request and send a confirmation email.

  • 📧 If you don’t receive confirmation, check your spam folder or contact us.
