We’re sorry to see you go! Below are the steps to permanently delete your account and associated data.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
🗑️ All personal data (name, email, phone, payment info) will be permanently erased from our systems.
📅 Order history, reservations, and saved preferences will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
🔒 This action is irreversible—you’ll need to create a new account for future orders.
(Note: Some anonymized data may be retained for legal/analytical purposes, as permitted by law.)
How to Request Account Deletion
Option 1: Email Request (Recommended)
Send an email to: 📧 support@gkbbq.com
Subject line: “Account Deletion Request”
Include:
Your full name.
The email address linked to your account.
(Optional) Phone number for verification.
Option 2: In-App Request
Go to: Settings > Privacy > Delete Account.
Follow the prompts to confirm.
Processing Time & Confirmation
⏳ Within 7 business days, we’ll process your request and send a confirmation email.
📧 If you don’t receive confirmation, check your spam folder or contact us.
